Franklin Springs, GA -- The Piedmont College women's tennis team collected its second victory of the season as the Lady Lions defeated Emmanuel College this afternoon.  PC picked up two of three doubles points while notching three singles wins en route to the 5-4 win.

Seniors Tyler Baldonado and Mandy Beasley contributed a point each at #2 and #6 singles respectively while fellow senior Lisa Jennings picked up the third singles point for the Lady Lions.  The pair of Baldonado and Jen Granlund swiped a doubles point 8-5 as Beasley and Lauren Hodges added a second doubles win. 

With the win, the Lady Lions improve to 2-6 overall.  PC will return to the court on Wednesday, March 31 at home hosting Great South Athletic Conference member Agnes Scott College with the first serve set for 4:30.
