The Piedmont College men's basketball team was forced into its poorest shooting performance of the season this evening in a 57-53 Great South Athletic Conference road loss at Huntingdon College in Montgomery, AL. In the second half, HC jumped out early with a quick 17-5 run to take a 43-24 advantage before the Lions began their furious rally. Piedmont was able to cut the lead to two points with :30 seconds remaining and missed a three-point attempt in the final seconds that would have tied the game.

Piedmont did not have a player reach double-figures in scoring and were led by Mike Adams team-highs of nine points and seven rebounds.
