DEMOREST, Ga. - Piedmont's men's tennis will not travel to North Carolina for its scheduled tournament this weekend.

Slated to compete in the Knapp Family Tennis Invite, hosted by Pfeiffer University in Misenheimer, North Carolina, the decision was made to cancel the event due to inclement weather moving into the area and a forecast of sustained rain throughout the weekend.

The Lions are scheduled to be back in action next at home, hosting the Piedmont Fall Foliage Classic, beginning Oct. 24 on campus.
