All-CCS First Team, CCS Runner of the Year: Skyler Seeber
ATLANTA - Following her individual win at the CCS Women's Cross Country Championships on Friday in Jackson, Mississippi,
Skyler Seeber has earned All-CCS First Team honors.
With all-conference honors determined by order of finish in the championship meet, Seeber also has captured CCS Runner of the Year honors in addition to her spot on the first team.
On Friday, the junior from Gainesville, Georgia crossed the finish line first with a time of 23:36.44. That time marks the fourth best in school history and Seeber now owns two of the top four.
Seeber has now earned All-CCS First Team honors three seasons in a row.
She also becomes the second Lion in three seasons of the CCS to capture the individual crown, joining
Jaycie Ponce from 2022.
The top six finishers in the race took home first team honors while the next six took home second team honors.
As a team, the Lions took home third place in the championship for the second straight season.
