DEMOREST, Ga. – Piedmont College is set to host its first ever NCAA Softball Regional, beginning tomorrow at 2 p.m. as the Lady Lions battle Transylvania.
 
Emory will then take on Emory & Henry at 4:30 p.m. to conclude the day one festivities. Three games will be played on Saturday followed by the championship round on Sunday to end the event.
 
FULL TOURNAMENT SCHEDULE:
 
Friday, May 10
Game One - Piedmont vs. Transylvania - 2:00 p.m.
Game Two - Emory vs. Emory & Henry - 4:30 p.m.

Saturday May, 11
Game Three - G1 Winner vs. G2 Winner - 2:00 p.m.
Game Four - G1 Loser vs. G2 Loser - 4:30 p.m.
Game Five - G3 Loser vs. G4 Winner - 7:00 p.m.

Sunday, May 12
Game Six - G3 Winner vs. G5 Winner - noon
Game Seven (if necessary) - Rematch of Game Six - 2:30 p.m.

PARKING:
Fans are encouraged to park in the lots of New Bedford Hall and Plymouth Hall located at 339 Georgia Street. There is a staircase on the back side of the dorms leading down to the softball field. Handicapped parking is available at 360 Georgia Street.
