Clarkesville, GA - The Lions were back in action at The Orchard for Round 2 of the Piedmont College Fall Invitational where they dropped one spot to finish third of eight teams with a final score of 618.

NICK SCOTT once again helping lead the way in round two play for the Lions, shaving three strokes off of his round one score. Setting yet another personal best in collegiate play finishing round two with a 74 at The Orchard.

Along with Scott, ALEX FERNANDEZ and DAVIS COOK knocked off four strokes, COOPER YOUNG subtracted three, JAKE FORBES shaved off two strokes, and Aaron VanKempen and AUSTIN COLEMAN both finished one stroke better than round one. 

As a team the Lions posted two strokes higher than round one finishing with a final round two stroke total of 310. Holding the number one position, Sewanee ended the round at 300 with a final score posted at 594. 

The Lions out played the other two USA South opponents Covenant College, 633, and William Peace University, 745. 

Standout Performances
--NICK SCOTT powered through round two making par on his first 14 holes.
--DAVIS COOK hit his season low tournament finishing both rounds with a combined score 152
