ATLANTA - Piedmont women's soccer has earned the No. 3 seed for the upcoming Collegiate Conference of the South Tournament, as the league office released the seedings and bracket Tuesday.

In taking the No. 3 seed, the Lions have earned the right to host No. 6 seed LaGrange in a first round matchup scheduled for this Saturday, Nov. 1 with a kickoff time of 2 p.m.

Piedmont finished the regular season with a 6-2 CCS record, finishing behinid just 7-1 Maryville and 6-1-1 Belhaven, the only two foes to defeat Piedmont in the regular season.

This will be the fourth iteration of the CCS Women's Soccer Tournament. Piedmont captured the title at home in the inaugural event of 2022 before falling at Maryville in the semifinals in 2023 and at home in the 2024 semifinals to Belhaven.
