GREENSBORO, N.C. - The Piedmont men's soccer team battled to a 1-1 draw on the road against Greensboro on Friday afternoon. The Lions leveled the contest late after conceding on the first shot of the game.
The Pride wasted no time opening the scoring, putting away the first goal of the contest in the 2nd minute of play. A long through ball from the back found its way to the Greensboro forward who rang the shot off the post and in for the 1-0 lead.
