2024 Women's Cross Country Senior Spotlight

WXC CCS Championship 2022

These two seniors have been members of the Women's Cross Country program over the past four seasons and have helped the program consistently deliver high finishes in postseason races. They have helped the Lions win the inaugural CCS Women's Cross Country Championship and both have finished their careers strongly, with personal bests in the team's most recent meet in Roanoke.

Tanea Davis - Senior Spotlight

Davis has appeared in 11 meets over three seasons competing with the Lions. After racing in just two events in 2021 and not competing in 2022, she has saved her best for the past two seasons. Tanea set a personal best in 2023 at the NCAA South Region Championships and then bettered that mark this season, running a 26:06.1 in the team's most recent meet in Roanoke.

Victoria Drouin
Victoria Drouin - Senior Spotlight

Drouin has run in 12 total races in her time at Piedmont. She was a member of the 2022 CCS Championship winning team, helping the Lions cross the line first and take home the first ever team championship trophy given out by the newly formed league. Victoria has saved her best for last, setting a new PR in her last meet at the Roanoke XC Invitational. In the classroom, Drouin was named to the 2022 USA South All-Academic Team.
