HARTWELL, Ga. - The Piedmont Cycling team traveled over to Paynes Creek Campground and enjoyed a fantastic course with great weather during the team races.

EMMA FROST and NICK MCHAN teamed up to race the six-hour, two-person team. They were a force to be reckoned with and took home second place.

DEXTER CAHILL, SAMUEL WOODALL and HANNAH KUNZE teamed up for the six-hour three-person team and also received 2nd place in their category.

Some athletes also chose to do solo races. For the three-hour solo open female category, KATIE PROWELL raced hard to get 1st place while BEN KOLBIE and DYLAN LINDSEY raced hard but just came short of making the podium in a stacked field.
