MACON, Ga. - The Piedmont women's soccer team cruised to a 4-0 road victory at Wesleyan on Tuesday evening in Macon.
The Lady Lions scored twice in the first half and two more times in the second half to put the game away.
Piedmont totaled 41 shots for the contest, dominating possession throughout.
Freshman
SAVANNAH JEROME started things off with her first career goal, off an assist from senior
JADE EDWARDS.
Then, junior defender
MARISSA TAGHON found the back of the net for the first time in her career off an assist from fellow junior
MADI GALLARELLI.
Gallarelli then tacked on a goal of her own off
GRACIE MARTIN's first career assist to make it 3-0 Lady Lions in the 55th minute. Finally, junior
MADDY PARRIS capped the scoring onslaught with her first career goal, off an assist from
HALEY RIZZO.
HAYLEE DORNAN made the start in goal and earned the win, playing the first 45 minutes.

Up next, the Lady Lions will return home to host Huntingdon this Saturday, Oct. 8 at 11 a.m.
