ATLANTA, Ga. - Piedmont men's soccer Freshman Goalkeeper
BOBBY WOOD was named CCS Defensive Player of the Week, the league office announced Monday.
Wood made 14 saves in two contests on the week while allowing just two goals. He also held a clean sheet against Belhaven in a crucial CCS win for the Lions.
On the season, Wood has now faced 237 shots and given up just 26 goals. He has also made 77 saves and has been a driving forced in keeping the Lions in games all year long.
This marks the second time
BOBBY WOOD has been honored in the 2022 season.
