DEMOREST, Ga. –  The Piedmont men's lacrosse team cruised to a 20-3 win over Earlham College on Monday afternoon at the Walker Athletic Complex.
 
Eleven players scored for Piedmont while BRADY JENKS, CHASE GOFF and DANIEL MARSHALL scored three goals.
 
Earlham scored the game's first goal at the 12:24 mark in the first quarter before Goff tied the game just under one minute later.
 
Piedmont would then score nine-straight throughout the first and second quarters to lead 10-1 at halftime.
 
The Lions opened the second half with a Marshall goal, but the Quakers responded under a minute later to make the score 11-2.
 
Piedmont added seven more goals before Earlham scored its final goal of the game with 10:59 left.
 
The Lions scored two more to close out the game.
 
RYAN MORGAN played the first half in goal and made two saves while PARKER CHEATHAM played the second half with one save.

-- After falling behind 1-0, the Lions used a 10-0 run to close the first half.
 
Inside The Box Score
-- Piedmont finished with 74 shots, 55 ground balls and won 19-of-27 faceoffs.

-- The Lions will travel to Alabama on Wednesday for a 4 p.m. matchup against Birmingham-Southern.
