DEMOREST, Ga. – Piedmont sophomores
CHRIS HADLOW and
JEREMY KOHN scored four goals apiece as the men's lacrosse team won 18-3 over the University of Dallas on Thursday night.
The Lions jumped out to a 3-1 lead after the first quarter and led 10-1 at halftime. Piedmont then made it 13-1 to start the second half before Dallas netted its second goal.
The Lions pulled ahead 16-2 before the Crusaders scored their final goal with over 10 minutes left in the game.
Goals by
JASON GREXA and Kohn capped the scoring for the night.
ZACH CZULADA had two saves in 30 minutes while
RYAN MORGAN finished with six saves in the final 15 minutes.
Hadlow finished with a career-high seven points off of a career-high four goals and three assists.
Defenders Grexa and
JAKE HANAK each had three caused turnovers while Grexa had seven ground balls and Hanak scooped up six.
LAMONT NESBITT and
QUINLAN KING went a combined 19-for-25 at the faceoff dot.
CHASE GOFF and
BRADY JENKS each added three points off two goals and one assist.
JOSH COBBINA had a four-point day with two goals and two assists.
