Cullowhee, N.C. - The Piedmont College track and field teams traveled to Western Carolina University Friday for the WCU Invite with some impressive performances across the board.
ESTEBAN SALAZAR had one of the most impressive marks running a 21.96 in the 200m dash to come in fifth overall with a school record. Salazar's time puts him 12th in the NCAA Division III South/Southeast Region.
JULIA GRAHAM also had a big personal best and school record in the 400m dash running a 58.21 which currently ranks her fifth in the region.
ANALEE BRADACH also broke her own school record in the 800m taking off six tenths of a second with a 2:27.25.
BROOKE HARDEGREE broke her outdoor school record in the long jump with a mark of 5.00m (16'5") improving from a 4.86m jump at the Emory Classic in March.
