New Orleans, LA - The U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) has announced its season-end awards listing honoring the top five individuals in each event from each region with All-Region status, in addition to each of the members of a top-3 ranked relay team.

Five from the Piedmont University men's track and field team earned the honor of being All-Region in their various events adding to the Lions' illustrious history with USTFCCCA awards. In the 4x100, it was Franklin Brown Jr., Tyler Brown, Al Martin, and Silas Goolsby who combined to take All-Region status in the event.  

Goolsby also earned honors in the 200 and 400 while George Ketch's achievement came in the hammer throw.  For Franklin, Tyler, Al, and George, the honor was the first of their career while Goolsby takes the All-Region honor for the second season in his career.
