The Panthers were kept winless on the season by the decision while Piedmont improved to 7-4 and 2-1 in USA South action rebounding from its Sunday loss to Meredith College.
ALEXIS NARDUCCI continued her recent tear scoring five goals to lead all scorers totaling more than the entire Panthers team in the contest. All five of Narducci's goals came in the first half as Piedmont held a 14-4 lead at the break.
Piedmont shut out the Panthers in the second half 9-0 on the way to the win as
MATTIE KEATON played the second half in the cage for PC with no goals allowed and three saves.
BLAKE FORREST earned the decision in goal to move to 7-3 as a starter playing the first 30 minutes.
Turning Point--LaGrange cut the Piedmont lead to one in the early minutes of the first half, but PC would score eight of the next nine goals in the contest to overwhelm the visitors on the way to the win.
Standout Performances--
ALEXIS NARDUCCI and her five goals on the evening, the second time in her last five games that she has scored five times.

KAYLA JONES scored four times and compiled a season-high six assists in the contest.

CAITLIN O'BRIEN each tallied a hat-trick.
