Greenville, SC - In their final prep event before the Cyclocross National Championships in early January, the Piedmont College cycling teams competed this past weekend at the Furman Cyclocross Classic. 

The Lions were led on the men's side by DYLAN CANTRELL in the Men's A placing 8th while newcomer CONLEY WILHELM placed 6th in the Men's B.

On the women's side, veteran ERICA ALLAR placed 2nd in the Women's A finishing up a strong 2016 campaign that featured four National Championships earlier this fall at USA Cycling Collegiate Track Nationals.  

Piedmont collected six national titles all together this fall with two others coming from JESSICA PRINNER.  

Standout Performances
--ERICA ALLAR placing 2nd in the Women's A completed a strong fall showing for the program start who gave Piedmont four national titles earlier this year.
