Atlanta, GA - Methodist University took a convincing win over the Piedmont Lions' men's tennis squad, as the visitors fell 9-0 in the early Saturday morning match.  The Monarchs took straight-set wins over all six singles matches.  Moses Das and Christopher Davidson fought hard it their singles matches, falling 3-6, 0-6 and 3-6, 1-6 respectively. 

Davidson and Nick Hallberg dropped a tough doubles match at #2 doubles, 4-8.  The Lions are 0-1 now on the year and return to action Tuesday at 2:00 pm against Berry College at home.
