LaGrange, GA --  Piedmont College sophomore midfielder JUSTINE CLAY has been honored as the Great South Athletic Conference's Women's Soccer Player of the Week for the week ending Oct. 4. Clay had three goals and three assists in leading the Lady Lions to GSAC wins over LaGrange, Salem and Wesleyan. She had two goals and assists each in the 5-0 win over Wesleyan.

Clay is second in the GSAC in scoring behind teammate KATIE PORTER with 27 points.

The weekly accolade is the second of the season for the PC women's soccer team.

Piedmont will return to action on Saturday, October 10 when the team travels to Montgomery, AL to take on GSAC foe Huntingdon College.
