In Lacrosse:
As a Freshman (2015): Started in 15 out of 15 games played this season…Tallied 17 goals and 11 assists for a total of 28 points this season…Snagged 23 ground balls...Caused 16 turnovers…Ranked 3rd on the team in draw controls with 29…Season highlight against Oglethorpe (3/17) 5 goals, 1 assist, 3 ground balls, 3 draw controls, and 2 caused turnovers… USA South Academic All-Conference and Athletics Honor Roll 2015 recipient.
In Cross Country:
As a Freshman (2014): Joined the Lady Lions for the final three races of the season…Competed in her first race in the Green and Gold at the Berry Invitational where she finished as the Lady Lions’ third athlete running a 26:15.90 in her first 6k…Was a second team all-conference member after an 8th place finish at the USA South Championship Meet with a 25:49.08…Helped the Lady Lions to a fifth place finish in the conference…Was the lone competitor from the women’s side to compete at Regionals running a 26:01.82.
Prep and Personal: Native of Atlanta, Georgia…Born on August 28, 1995 to parents Michael and Nancy…Siblings include brothers Will and John as well as sister Katherine…Graduated from Marist High School…Was a member of the National Honor Society, German National Honor Society, made honor roll freshman and sophomore year, and was a member of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes and the German Club…played basketball and lacrosse for Marist High School…Specializes in the distance event…Ran under Coach Eric Heintz…High School personal record of 20:13 for the 5K…Chaplain for High School team…other High School recognitions include being a member of the 2011, 2012, and 2013 State Championship teams and finishing first for the 6AAAA region classification from 2011-2013…Pre-Med major at Piedmont College.
