WHAT'S UP NEXT:
- The Lions travel to Lookout Mountain, Georgia on September 19th to face CCS opponent, Covenant College in the first conference match of the year.

- Two decisive penalty kicks sealed the match for the Lions, both slotted in the bottom left corner by senior Molly Fitzpatrick.

INSIDE THE BOX SCORE:
- The Lions outshot the Avenging Angels 19 to 3.

STANDOUT PERFORMANCES:
- Freshman Megan Holcombe got the scoring started by netting her first collegiate goal from an Alison Witkeiwicz assist.
- Senior Molly Fitzpatrick netted the deciding goals from the penalty spot to seal the game for the Lions.
