DEMOREST, Ga. - The Piedmont University women's golf team is set for postseason play at the USA South Conference Tournament beginning Monday, April 20 at the Carolina Trace Country Club in Sanford, North Carolina.

The event is scheduled for 54 total holes with 18 holes on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.

The Lions were selected to finish second in the event in the pre-championship poll released this past Friday afternoon.

Erin Donovan will be looking for her second individual conference title as she ran away from the field for a seven shot victory in 2024 before finishing runner-up last season. As a team, the Lions finished second, just one shot ahead of Methodist, in 2025.

Team Finish: 9th of 16
Top Individual Finish: T-10th: Erin Donovan, 78-73-73 = 224 (+8)


OF NOTE:
--Piedmont's Lila Polakowski was named USA South Rookie of the Year after a strong spring season in which she earned USA South Rookie of the Week three times.
--Erin Donovan found a spot on the All-USA South First Team for the fourth consecutive season.
--Keegan Goins was named to the All-USA South Second Team for the second straight season.
