Bolch won a hard-fought battle against a difficult opponent from Centre, 6-3, 6-4.

The newcomer Canaday eked out a tough first set against Sofia Rodriguez for Rhodes before cruising in the second set for a 7-5, 6-2 victory.

Overall, the Lions won fourth matches across both doubles and singles action.
