DEMOREST, Ga. - Piedmont men's lacrosse moved its winning streak to four games with a 28-2 rout of Brevard on a windy Tuesday evening at the Walker Athletic Complex.
The team's 28 goals ties a single game program record, which has been achieved now three times, with the last coming in 2024 against LaGrange.
For the second consecutive game, junior attackman
Isaac Harrington set a new career-high in assists, accruing seven on Tuesday as Piedmont poured in goals from start-to-finish. His 10-point outburst ties a career high he set last time out on Saturday at William Peace.
Ian Parr paced the scoring for the Lions, finding four goals while
Zach Avila added three goals and three assists. Sophomores
Nick Winter and
Noah McGriff also recorded three goals each as did freshman
Daniel Thomas.
Trey Tuggle earned the win in goal making the start as both
Phillip Bell and
Logan Hoenig also saw action earning one save each.Â
Up next, Piedmont returns to the road for a trip to Buena Vista, Virginia to take on Southern Virginia Saturday at 1 p.m.
