All-CCS Second Team: Zoe Coelho
ATLANTA - Piedmont volleyball senior
Zoe Coelho has been named an All-CCS Second Team member, as the league office released its postseason awards Tuesday evening just ahead of postseason play.
This marks the first All-CCS honor of Coelho's career as she enjoyed a breakout senior season as a defensive standout for the Lions.
In addition, senior
Alex Wingate was named to the CCS All-Sportsmanship Team.

In-Season CCS Awards: 3x CCS Defensive Player of the Week
Of Note: Coelho stepped forward into a starring role for the Lions in her senior season. The Roswell, Georgia native took over as the starting libero and immediately made an impact, reaching numerous career high marks in matches during the season. She reached 20 or more digs 16 times during the season and recorded a career-high 30 in the team's home-opening win over Wesleyan Oct. 1.
