DEMOREST, Ga. - The Piedmont men's lacrosse team was unable to hold off a late rally by Sewanee, eventually falling 12-11 in the second overtime period on Tuesday night at the Walker Athletic Complex.

DREW BENNETT scored with Piedmont a man down with McGuire scoring with 36 seconds before the break.
Taking a 9-5 lead into the second half, Sewanee began to chip away at the Piedmont advantage, scoring four straight to start the third quarter. McGuire's second and final goal of the night put the Lions ahead 11-9 with 11:45 left in regulation.
