Baseball Finale at D3Baseball Showcase Canceled

KANNAPOLIS, N.C. - After nearly three innings of competition, the Piedmont baseball contest against Rochester was canceled due to the field conditions. 

With the D3baseball showcase continuing, play was unable to be resumed to stay on schedule for the rest of the tournament. 

The Lions will now be back in action at the Milkjug Wednesday at 6 p.m. hosting Brevard.
