MACON, Ga. - The Piedmont women's basketball team cruised to a 96-37 victory at Wesleyan on Tuesday night in Macon.
The Lady Lions took control early and ran away from the Wolves for their second consecutive road conference victory.
BENTLEY CRONIC led Piedmont with a career-high 19 points. The junior was on fire from deep, connecting on 5-of-6 three pointers in the contest. Cronic was one of five Lady Lions in double figures.
Freshman
BROOKLYN BEGLEY tallied a season-best 15 points off the bench while fellow rookie
HAYLEY BORINO added her season best as well with 12 points in the blowout win.
RILEY BRYAN (12) and
CARA CRUMP (10) rounded out the five in double figures, with Crump's 10 marking a season high for the senior.
