Perfect Days for McSpadden and Venham Lead Women's Tennis at Piedmont Fall Invitational

DEMOREST, Ga. - The Piedmont women's tennis team started its 2022-23 season this past Friday, hosting the Piedmont Fall Invitational.

Play began at 9:30 am and concluded around 9:30 p.m.

BY THE NUMBERS

64 - Total matches played (46 singles and 18 doubles matches)
20 - Overall wins for Piedmont players (17 singles wins and three doubles wins)
16 - Piedmont players competed
14 - Piedmont players picked up a victory
5 - Lady Lions picked up their first win at Piedmont (Bri Laidman, Sarah Row, Jordan Ballard, Amanda Barrett, Lizzie Ivey)
2 - Players with perfect 4-0 days (Alyssa McSpadden and Abbey Grace Venham)
