STATESBORO, Ga. - In the final Division I exhibition of the season, Piedmont faced Georgia Southern in a contest the Eagles won 91-47. The loss will not be reflected on the Lions' schedule, nor do the stats count toward player's season totals. 

Georgia Southern led at the break 42-26 and used a similar second half to take the contest with ease. Piedmont was led by senior ORRY CLEMENTS-OWENS who scored 16 points to lead Piedmont while both NOAH REARDON and JOE HELENBROOK tabbed four rebounds. 

Up next, the Lions will travel to Mississippi to face Belhaven in the first CCS competition on Tuesday, December 13 at 5:00 p.m.
