Already with the game in hand, PC delivered an offensive onslaught beginning midway through the second half. Weinhart struck first, scoring her team-leading third goal of the season off an assist from
KATELYN SMITH in the 68th minute. From there, the floodgates opened as the Lady Lions scored three more times in the 20 plus minutes of the contest.
In the 70th minute,
JULIA GIB tallied her first career goal off an assist from freshman
HALEY RIZZO. Just under nine minutes later, Piedmont added its fifth as

MARGARET GREENWALD, her first career point as a Lady Lion.
Finally, in the 88th minute,
ANYA OLSON put the finishing touches on the win with her first goal of the season and second of her career.
Overall, Piedmont created numerous opportunities throughout the evening, delivering 31 shots with 18 being on target.Â
