DEMOREST, Ga. – The Piedmont men's tennis team lost 7-2 to non-conference opponent Oglethorpe University on Thursday afternoon.
The Lions took one of three doubles matches by way of
NATHAN METZGER and
JACKSON HILL at the #1 spot. The duo won 8-4 to give Piedmont one of its two points.
Metzger would take the only singles match for Piedmont while playing at #1. The senior lost the first set 3-6, but rebounded and won 7-5 before winning by retirement in the final set.
