Cincinnati, Ohio - The Piedmont Lions dropped their final contest of the tip-off classic to tournament host Mount St. Joseph Sunday afternoon 91-60. The Lions of Mount St. Joseph had three players with over 15 points each as those three combined to score 59 of their 91 points.
The Piedmont Lions got off to a slow start with just 22 points in the first half as Mount St. Joseph led 42-22 at the break. However, Piedmont bounced back in the second half scoring 38, but were again outscored 49-38.

JUSTIN VALLEJO who scored 12 as the only Piedmont player in double figures as
CHASE ENGLAND was second on the squad with eight points. Vallejo was also the leading rebounder for Piedmont tallying five in the game.
Turning Point
--The Piedmont Lions couldn't shut down the duo of Jordan Henry and Andrew Finley who combined to score 43 points.
Standout Performances
--Jordan Henry led all scorers with 23 points in the game while teammate Andrew Finley added 20.

JUSTIN VALLEJO led Piedmont with 12 points in the contest while adding five rebounds.

--The Mount St. Joseph Lions out-rebounded the Piedmont Lions 43-32.
