Piedmont University Athletics

Emma Frost joined the Piedmont University Cycling staff in 2025 as an assistant coach after graduating from Piedmont with a degree in elementary education. A four-year member of the campus community, Frost spent three years as a student worker with the cycling program and was heavily involved in student leadership, including roles as a SAIL Navigator and TEAM Piedmont member.

Frost brings five years of coaching experience with the Georgia Cycling Association, where she has worked with youth athletes across the state. As a competitive cyclist at Piedmont University herself, she has earned podium finishes in several regional events, including a first-place overall finish at the 2024 Tour of North Georgia (TONGA) and top-15 placements in pro criteriums such as Newnan Rock and Road and Spin the District in Hapeville.
