She also helped guide Paige Kluba who became Piedmont's fifth NCAA Postgraduate Scholarship honoree.

On the individual side, Lamm helped coach eight all-conference performers including USA South Goalkeeper of the Year Laila Allen,

Lamm spent two seasons as a graduate assistant coach at Rockford University helping organize daily practice plans and player activity, creating scouting reports and assisted with all aspects of the recruiting process. Before making the move to Illinois, Lamm served as the JV Head Coach and Assistant High School Soccer Coach at Jefferson High School. She attended and coached at all home and away games and assisted with practice plans and player management.

Lamm was a member of the Emmanuel Lions in nearby Franklin Springs, Georgia from 2014-2017 playing forward. She started in 56 games over her career including all 20 as a senior. She tallied 11 goals in her career with seven coming in her senior season in 2017.

The forward had one of the best games of her career against King University scoring three of the Lions' five goals in a 5-1 win on the road.
