As a Senior (2015): Started 29 contests in her senior season…Posted a .286 batting average…Tied for third on the team in runs scored while also ending the season with the third-highest total of stolen bases (8)…Collected 28 hits and 12 RBI…Only struck out three times in 98 plate appearances…Had one of her best days at Covenant College on 4/7 going a combined 5-for-8 in a doubleheader with three runs and a pair of RBI.

As a Junior (2014): Saw action in 34 games making 27 starts for the Lady Lions…Posted a .305 batting average, and totaled 29 hits on the year…Added 3 doubles and a triple, while pushing across 9 runs…Stole 9 bases on the year in 12 attempts…Also went on an 11 game hit streak covering nearly 2 months of the season…Named to the USA South Academic All-Conference Team.

As a Sophomore (2013): Saw action in 35 games posting 27 starts…Ranked second on the team in stolen bases (12) and third in batting average (.373)…Scored 22 runs and tallied 25 hits…USA South Academic All-Conference.

As a Freshman (2012): Played in 32 games posting 13 starts…Was a perfect 8-for-8 on the year in stolen bases…Tied for the most triples on the team with two…NFCA Academic All-American Scholar Athlete.

Prep & Personal:  Native of Comer, Georgia…Born July 9, 1993…Daughter of Charles and Teresa Atkinson…Has one sister, Molly…Was the Valedictorian of her graduating class at Madison County High School…Helped guide her team to back-to-back region championships (2009,2010)…Led Madison County to a state final four appearance in 2010…NFCA Scholar Athlete (2007-2010)…Three-sport athlete in high school, also playing basketball and soccer…Played club ball for the North Georgia Fury, coached by Matt Boggs…Phi Kappa Phi Scholar…Received the 2010 Georgia Certificate of Merit...Member of the National Society for Leadership and Success at Piedmont…Majoring in Environmental Science.
