SEASON PREVIEW: Men's Lacrosse 2026

Piedmont men's lacrosse is set to open its 2026 season this weekend with two neutral site games at the Music City Classic in Nasvhille, Tennessee. First up, the Lions will battle Translylvania on Friday, Feb. 13 at 6 p.m. (ET) before concluding the weekend with a Saturday matchup against Bridgewater at 12 p.m. (ET).

5 THINGS TO KNOW

The Lions are coming off another successful season in 2025, winning 10 or more games for the fourth straight season.
Piedmont went 7-1 in the USA South regular season, good for a second-place finish.
Head Coach Tim Dunton earned USA South Coach of the Year honors for the third time overall and second year in a row.
Although the Lions must replace their top two goal scorers from last season, they do return All-USA South First Team goalie Mike Eisele to anchor the defense.
Piedmont was selected second, behind defending three-time defending champion Pfeiffer, in the USA South Preseason Coaches Poll.

Zach Czulada returns to his alma mater as assistant coach to help a program he was instrumental in helping reach new heights as a player. Czulada is a former USA South Tournament MVP, USA South Tournament Champion, USA South Defensive Player of the Year and an IMLCA All-Region honoree. He returns to Piedmont after spending last season as the Head Coach at North Gwinnett High Schol.
