WILLIAMSBURG, Va. - Piedmont women's golf completed its fall season with Tuesday's final round at the Historic Triangle Invitational in Williamsburg, Virginia.
After entering the day in 12th place, the Lions held steady on the team leaderboard, eclipsing USA South foe Methodist, which finished 13th.
Keegan Goins paced the Lions on Tuesday, carding a 5-over 77 to move into the top 40 on the individual leaderboard.
Erin Donovan delivered Piedmont's other round in the 70's, making a team-high three birdies on her way to a 7-over 79.
Freshman
Aubree Hill improved upon her first round, making a pair of birdies to finish with a 9-over 81.
Piedmont's final counting score came from fellow freshman
Zoe Shuttlesworth, with an 84 while
Addison Maney carded a non-counting 87.
As a team, the Lions improved on their round one score by nine strokes.
Emory took home the team title, winning by one stroke over Carnegie Mellon.
This concludes the fall season for the Lions.
