The Piedmont College women's tennis team rebounded on short rest to defeat visiting Wesleyan College at Walker Tennis Courts by the score of 9-0. The shutout is the first of the season for the Lady Lions who dropped only one set en route to the victory.

The win moves Piedmont to 2-9 overall and 2-4 in the Great South Athletic Conference. The Lady Lions will return to action again on Saturday, April 12th as they travel to the GSAC Tournament for first round action at a site to be determined.
