The Piedmont College men's tennis team dropped a road match with Great South Athletic Conference host Maryville College by the score of 6-3 in Maryville, TN. The Lions took one of the three doubles matches and a pair of singles matches but fell two points short.

David Gillispie and MOSES DAS picked up singles victories at #1 and #4 singles while the tandem of Gillispie and JOEY LEONARDO won at #1 doubles. The loss drops Piedmont to 3-10 overall and 1-2 in the Great South. The men will return to action again on Saturday, April 19th in the GSAC tournament in Atlanta, GA.
