The third-seeded Piedmont College men's tennis team upended second-seeded Maryville College this afternoon in Atlanta, GA by the score of 5-2. The Lions will take on top-seeded Huntingdon College in the 2008 Great South Athletic Conferencent tournament championship match tomorrow.

PC picked up two of the three doubles matches and posted victories at #1, #2, and #4 singles en route to the semifinal victory improving the teams overall record to 5-10. David Gillispie, MOSES DAS and CHRIS LEONARDO all won their respective singles matches in straight sets.
