Lions Narrowly Drop Three Of Nine Matches En Route To Defeat

The Piedmont College men's tennis team dropped its third consective match to Sewanee-University of the South by the score of 9-0 this afternoon in Sewanee, TN.
For the third consecutive time the Piedmont College men's tennis team fell, this afternoon at the hands of host Sewanee-University of the South by the score of 9-0 in Sewanee, TN. The Lions narrowly dropped the #1 doubles and #1 and #4 singles matches en route to the shutout defeat.

DAVID GILLESPIE took his opponent to three sets at #1 singles dropping the third and deciding set by the score of 6-3. PC moves to 0-3 overall and will return to the court on Saturday, February 16th as will stay in Sewanee and take on Roanoke College beginning at 9:00 CST.
