For the second consecutive match the Piedmont College women's soccer team dropped a Great South Athletic Conference contest, tonight at the hands of visiting LaGrange College by the score of 2-0. The Lady Lions outshot their opponents 7-4 but could not find the back of the net and were shutout for the first time this season.

The Panthers were able to connect at the 25th minute for the eventual game-winner on a corner kick that was finished with a header. PC allowed an insurance goal at the 68th minute and could not overcome the deficit.
