Despite playing extremely well for the majority of the match, the Piedmont College women's soccer team fell to Great South Athletic Conference host Agnes Scott College in Decatur, GA by the score of 6-1. The Lady Lions allowed three goals within a five minute span in both the first and second half to drop the conference match.

The lone bright spot came from LAUREN DODD who notched her team-high 10th goal of the season. The loss drops Piedmont to 4-9 overall and 4-6 in the Great South Athletic Conference. The women will return to action again on Saturday, October 27th as they host conference foe Huntingdon College to wrap up the regular season beginning at 1:00.
