The Piedmont College women's basketball team fell to host Methodist University 69-61 tonight in the opening round of the InnKeeper Turkey Shootout in Fayetteville, NC. MU outrebounded the Lady Lions 41-25 as they fall to 1-3 overall on the season.
Piedmont took the early lead in the first half before Methodist took over with a 3-pointer by freshman Michaela Myers to go up 14-12 with just over 12 minutes remaining.
