Nestled between the turf field and Loudermilk Field is the softball field at Walker Athletic Complex, home to the Piedmont University softball team. The facility features bleacher seating around a fully lighted complex complete with home and away traditional dugouts. Behind home plate is a fully operational two-story press box with storage space located on the bottom floor.
Directly beyond center field lies the Charlie Loudermilk Indoor Facility equipped with two seventy-foot adjustable cages and covered with AstroTurf. This facility provides all the indoor needs of both the softball and baseball teams.
