As a Sophomore (2012-2013): Played in seven tournaments for the Lions posting a scoring average of 85.6 for the season…Had one of the strongest performances of his career at the Piedmont College Spring Invitational where he finished with a 160 (83-77)…USA South Academic All-Conference selection.
As a Freshman (2011-2012): Served mainly in a reserve role in his first year on campus…Finished tied for 22nd at the GSAC Championships after posting a two-day total of 169 (84-85).Â
Prep & Personal: Native of Alma, Georgia…Born February 24, 1993…Son of Karen and Craig Bennett…Graduated with honors from Bacon County High School in 2011…played basketball and ran cross country in his time at BCHS…Coached by Derrick Green…Received the Coaches Award for golf in his senior season…Voted Most Spirited and Life of the Party by his graduating class at BCHS…Dean’s List selection in his freshman and sophomore years at Piedmont…Majoring in Mass Communications.
