As a Senior (2014): Competed in six meets for the Lions…Broke the 30:00 mark in the 8k for the first time in his career at the USA South Championship Meet running 29:43.32, shaving 37 seconds of his previous best set the week before at the Berry Invitational…Recorded his highest finish at a championship meet finishing 13th in the USA South earning second team all-conference honors...Helped his team to a second place finish in the league...Part of the men's team that set the school record with the fastest team average time ever at 29:00 and had all five Lions across the line under 30:00 for the first time.
As a Junior (2013): Participated in all eight meets that the Lions competed in for the fall of 2013…Ran his best 8K of the year in the USA South Conference Championships with a time of 30:58 and came in 21st place out of 52 runners…Finished the season with a time of 30:06.8 in the NCAA Division III South/Southeast Region Cross Country Championships.
As a Sophomore (2012): Posted a 21st place finish at the USA South Conference Championships in 31:59…Finished 39th at the North Georgia Tech Invitational with a time of 37:52…Set a personal record at the USC-Upstate Invitational in 31:52…USA South Academic All-Conference selection.
As a Freshman (2011): Recorded a 33:08 finish at the Berry College Invitational…Finished 16th at the GSAC Championships with a time of 33:00.
